Supporting parents of neurodiverse children

Services + Support

Navigating supportive care for your child can sometimes be isolating and overwhelming in a world not (yet) built to honor neurodiversity. Here are some ways I provide support to families:

  • Create a safe and supportive space for parents to be witnessed and attended to

  • Support parents with emotional wellbeing for long-term sustainability by offering parenting strategies and emotional regulation tools

  • Establish a tailored team of trusted care providers and practitioners who understand and support your child

  • Connect with families’ network of providers, coordinate team meetings, or attend school meetings as needed; serve as a link between school and home

  • Advocate for the family and child

  • Empower parents to respond to neurodivergence through a compassionate and neuro affirming lens

Sessions + Support

I believe the best work I can offer happens by building a relationship over time, meeting regularly. This journey is a marathon, not a sprint, and it is helpful to have someone by your side who can hold all of the various pieces with you. I work in person in West Los Angeles or virtually.
